HI, I have blemishes all over my body from acne scarring. my arms chest face and back..i am highly depressed and suicidal and no one understands my situation....i have no relationship and i feel this is the cause of it. please help me because my parents cant afford rounds of dermabrasion or skin peels for me and am sick of this life.

Answer:

Hi Stephanie, as a mother, I can only advise you to take it easy on yourself. If you look at the mirror, you will feel depressed about your acne scarring. But you know what, if you look beyond, on people around us, you will find that there are much less fortunate of them out there.

Life is a gift, we should take care of it. I don't know what caused your acne scarring but since one way or another, you may have participated into how these got onto your skin, so you just have to deal with it and find solutions, not problems associated with it.

What I'm saying is we all have to be responsible for our actions, and mistakes. But life is still good, because it teaches you not to dwell on problems, but on how to solve it, so life goes on.

Since dermabrasion is something you cannot afford for now, there are cheap options you can try, like an $8.99 skin whitening soap (DS Papaya Kojic Soap). I cannot promise it WILL work for you.

But it CAN.

Do you see what I mean? Even if it doesn't, it's not the end of the world. It's a trial and error process. Acne scarring is not permanent, if you find the right products for you, and there's no need breaking the bank going to dermatologists (unless it's really something more serious acne scarring from simple acne).

Good luck and take care.

Maria
