Hi Tahmina, hormonal changes during pregnancy mostly affect skin and hair. Dark skin pigmentation and hair loss are normal, even after giving birth. The good news is, yes, you can do something about it.
For hair loss, just a little 'tlc' -
1. Avoid tying hair tightly such as pigtails, braids, weaves or rollers. This can stress your hair more.
2. Eat fruits and vegetables high in flavonoids because strengthen hair follicles and growth.
3. Look for biotin and silica in shampoos and conditioners that you use.
For dark skin spots, go to our Diana Stalder Skin Whitening Products page and take a moment to read the "Quick Product Guide" to choose the product/s best suited for your type of skin and age.
Pregnancy hyperpigmentation usually fade away after the child-bearing months, although some dark spots stay. Hope you find the right skin lightening solution here.
