Black patches on legs

by rishi
(india)

I have a black patches on lower part of my both legs.It occurs due to injury etc. but patches remain on my legs for years,it become light but does not lost.plz tell me solution .
I show you picture which is not mine but it is somewhat same.

Answer:

Hi Rishi, skin injuries can be epidermal (topmost layer of skin) or dermal (beyond skin deep). Skin whitening products can easily treat discolorations from epidermal skin trauma. Bruised pigmented skin is blood clot that skin lighteners cannot take care of.

You can try using skin whitening creams or lotions and apply 2x daily. If after 4-6 weeks and you don't see an improvement, then you can go see a dermatologist to heal bruised skin.
