black face and black neck but my nose tip is fair

Dear sir/Madam, my color in naturally a neither black nor wheatish but nowadays my neck and face looks dark. But my body remains Wheatish. Can you please suggest me any skin lightening cream that would change my face and neck into my body color? Thank you.
