Are your skin whitening products labeled?

by sabrina
(USA)

I was wondering are your products labeled?....because I heard that unlabeled products are fake and they contain hydroquinone...and I dont want to use anything that contains HQ because I seem to have an allergic reaction to it...so im just making sure...i wanted to get the black licorice soap to clear away my hyperpigments?...and so before buying I have to make sure about everything...lol...sorry about that...and Thank You Very Much Maria!!

P.S thank you very much Maria for answer all my questions very fast! :D

Answer:

Hi Sabrina, our company stands firm on selling genuine Diana Stalder and Dermaline products. If what we're selling are unauthorized or not genuine, we would not have been listed and recognized by Diana Stalder factory in the Philippines as an Authorized Diana Stalder US Distribution Center, just like that same company who claims what we sell (Dermaline) are fake.

The management group of Diana Stalder Co. knows very well how we operate our steadily-growing business.

The generic Dermaline skin whiteners are those supplied directly to dermatologists who just privately label them. We already mentioned this on the Dermaline page. Both Dermaline and Diana Stalder are genuine Diana Stalder skin lighteners, specifically meaning that both come from the same mother company.

We are not "confused" (as we are erroneously tagged) by calling the generics "Dermaline", because it is specially chosen as our private label for our purpose, because we are planning to open a "Dermaline" spa business in the future. Obviously, we do NOT need to post this on the website. And yes, with a partnership with the mother Diana Stalder company in the Philippines.

In addition, the generics are imported and pass thru the strict FDA inspection, before being marketed in the USA, therefore legal for sale as “Dermaline” by a legit company such as us. Otherwise, we would not jeopardize our company's integrity and customer trust.

For the sake of good business ethics, we do not discredit any specific competitor/s even if we get wrongly criticized by them for the sake of promoting their products and push their credibility. Not here on this site, not in any forum thread, or in any form of advertisement. Competition should be healthy, and respect is important.

Hope that gives you, and others who read this page, a better idea. :)

Maria
