Anything sold in Virginia?

Um I was just wondering if there was a safe and natural skin whitening soap/lotion sold just about everywhere. You see, I live in Virginia and if there isn't something that isn't sold everywhere, then chances are it won't be sold in Virginia. If not can you please tell me some techmiques I can use at home to help whiten my skin (P. S. I'm African American so anything that will help me?)? And one more thing.... *blush* I used to massage my chest with baby oil in an attempt to get bigger breasts (no effect), however, a few months later I realized that my chest was brighter than any other part of my body. People said that it could of been because of cocoa butter m, but, I don't put anything else besides soap and water there >\\\\\\\<. so I was just wondering if it was possible for baby oil to whiten skin? Hello there, our skin whitening products are sold online only. Sorry, dear. These are not the usual commercially, low-potency skin whiteners over the counter. But actually better.

The reason why your breast skin is brighter is because you have been moisturizing it with oil. It is lighter because our chest is the least exposed to the sun since it is covered.

I do slather on oil after bath. This habit has kept my skin nice and glowing over the decades. But nope, doesn't help lighten it. :)
