Anal and Vaginal area lightening

I have dark area in the vaginal and anal area. Is this skin whitening cream safe to use in your private and intimate parts? I have done some research through the internet but have found many creams containing hydroquinone and other unsafe ingredients.

Please advise me if this product is save for these areas.
