An acne scar

hii, i just got ure products couple of days ago and i been using it and my skin iss veerryyyyy dry andd burn and sensitive , is this normal ?? and i have acne scars on my arms and back , they look like freckles ,its like darks spots all over my back , and now after using the cream and the soap , it's red and burns and peeling ? is that normal , and how long should the burning stay , and should i stop using the product now , or keep on using it ??

Hi Dina, as I've always emphasized in the instruction sheet, use the skin whitening products only WITHIN your comfort level. At any time you're uncomfortable, reduce usage or application until your skin adjusts to the normal redness, itching, burning and peeling effects.
Skin lightening shouldn't be a discomfort. Your skin deserves that. Your particular skin type may be too sensitive. You can also switch to Diana Stalder Licorice Soap (pink one, it's our mildest) to replace whatever skin whitening soap you're using now, and still retain the use of the cream.
