alternatives to skin whitening

by Sadaf
(Tx, USA)

Hi, I used the Papaya Kojic Acid Soap for about 2 weeks but it didn't seem to work on me or maybe I gave up too quickly but I have really dark upper lip skin which is really ugly. It looks like as if I shave but I don't, of course. Should I use some bleaching cream as well with the soap and also should I use the soap all over my face or just the part I want to get lighter? Thanks

Sadaf

Answer:

Hi Sadaf, if the upper lip is the only dark spot that's bothering you, then treat it alone. Otherwise, if you want to lighten the rest of the face, then it's ok to use the papaya soap and/or cream on skin.

Results may vary between 1-4 weeks depending on skin sensitivity. You may need more time so it's early to tell if it's not working for you.

Since the lip area is thin and sensitive, why don't you try the Lightening Cream and apply daily until the skin starts to peel. Thereafter, apply 3x a week only. But wear sunscreen at daytime daily.

Hope that helps.

Maria
