Age spots on face and other spots on butt
by Mary
(TX USA)
I am a 55 year old woman with fair Asian skin. I have 3-4 minor age spots on my face. Do I use the black soap, toner and lightener all over my face or spot treat where the age spots are? I would love to get even, younger skin and smaller pores as an added bonus.
I also have 8-9 small dark scars/spots on my waist and butt area where I had an acne-like breakout over the winter. Can I use the same black soap and lightener for the butt areas?
I like to jog outdoors for 1 hour daily. I live in Texas and there is a lot of sun. I usually go around 8 pm when the sun is almost set, to minimize sun damage. I cannot imagine not jogging outdoors after I start this regimen, and even if I wait until fall or winter, the sun will still be out. Can I use the regimen with SFP 45+ sunscreen on my face and still jog in the evenings?
Thanks for your help.

Answer:
Hi Mary, you can go ahead and try the Black Soap Set for acne scars. For the waist and butt area, you might wanna try a stronger soap (Glutathione Soap) and Lightening Lotion for better results because these areas are not as sensitive for the face. Otherwsie, feel free to use the same Black Soap and Lightening Cream as well.
There is no need for sunscreen if you go jogging outdoors when there is no sun. Except when at times when the sun sets late during summer, and there is still sun exposure, then sunscreen is recommended.
Enjoy jogging. Will keep you young. :)
