Age limit to use the product

Is there any age limit for skin whitening products? I have 13 year old daughter who wants to use the pills can she take it same as the adult dose? Or she can just use the topical creams?

I have brown spots on my face and in between got some pimples and uneven skin tecture, what can I use? Thanks!

My daughter and me also have dark armpits, we wanted to apply cream that will really work....do creams much better or we can just go ahead and use the whitening pills....
