Advice and Opinion on Fair and Flawless products

Dear Maria, I have achieved great results using fair and flawless products. However their customer service is really bad and their prices are very high. So I am worried about long term maintenance of the results I have received in the long term. I would like your thoughts on what my options can be. Also I would love to know of your thoughts on their products if you have had the opportunity to research them.

Hi Gazelle, Fair and Flawless are good products too, although there was a brouhaha before that it was a scam. But until now, you are not alone in being one of the unhappy customers because of poor customer service.

Regardless of the price, each individual's result is different. What works for one may or may not work for another. I'm glad it worked for you. But if you can't stand how they treat you and everybody else despite the ton of money you invest on their products, buyers will slowly shy away from that company and look somewhere else.

Try to be ready to try other products. I'm sure you'll find a less expensive skin lightener that can work for you. It's gonna be another trial and error, but you'll be happy in the end. :)
