Acne scars on back, chest, dark underarms, dark knees

I have had acne scars on my back since I was a teenager, I am 28 yrs now, Hopefully getting married soon so please help.

I have very dark underarms, knees and elbows. Generally, If i get a pimple anywhere in my body, the scar never goes. Although I don't get pimples any more, the scars remain.

Also, I get tanned very easily, and have patchy pigmented skin, uneven complexion, but not visible with make-up.

I would like to use the whitening soap to fix it. I know my skin is not very sensitive as I have had chemical peels done to it earlier.

Please recommend the best skin whitening soap and the routine of using it, sun exposure, since its summer, so on and so forth.
