3 days.... (about papaya soap and lightening cream)
by Sarah
hi Maria, I have used the papaya soap and the lightning cream for two nights now, and will be applying it for the third today.
But what I noticed is in these three days my skin has a very ROUGH appearance, like some bits are dry and elevated, very slight acne kind of appearance as well, not exactly zits, but tiny bumps sort of under the skin.
I dont know what to do.Is this normal? Please let me know.
There is something v important coming up, and I wanted to look good, but I'm just a bit scared now.
I also spent quite a bit on this incl. the shipping), so I really dont want to give it up.
Looking forward to a reply.
Thanks
Sarah
Answer:
Hi Sarah, it's the skin preparing to peel. The roughness, dryness, redness, stinging, itching are all normal. One skin starts to peel, skin will look better, reduce usage of the soap because you may experience a bit more stinging sensation. Use within your comfort level only, until you reach the desired results.
Your skin seems to respond fast to the skin whitening products, so be attentive to the peeling, let it shed off naturally with your hands gently rubbing them off while in the shower only.
Skin may feel still dry during the peeling process, so feel free to use your favorite moisturizers with the regimen to keep skin hydrated, and to also give that rosy effect. :)
